ESP just shared another preview of their 2021 line, and there are some rad looking new designs! My personal favorites are the red/black E-II Horizons and the white E-II M-II 7B evertune. That candy apple red E-II M-I looks right up Rob's alley, though 😁

So, recently I've been experimenting with creating amp match IR's from some of my favorite album tones. So, naturally, IOR was at the top of the list. This IR isn't a perfect copy by any means, but to me it sounds pretty close to the album tone. For best results, pair this IR with any 5150 or 6505 style amp sim, and EQ to taste! Let me know what you guys think!

Hey guys! I thought it would be cool to start a thread where everyone can share their personal projects or bands...I'm always interested in finding new music in unexpected places! Plus, given the fact that we're on Rob's forum, it's a good bet that his music has had a creative influence on several of us! Also, I love hearing stories about how projects or bands come to fruition, so feel free to give us some background on your musical journey. I'll start: I'm from the middle of nowhere in West Texas, where finding someone my age that was into heavier music AND was down to be in a band was next to impossible. Long story short, my band started out jamming in an old abandoned house that our first drummer's family owned. It was way out in the country, and we could be as loud as possible out there with no worries about cops or neighbors. In the early days, we used to watch The Dehumanizing Process and the Resurrection doc on repeat in order to get inspiration when we'd jam on the weekends. We wanted nothing more than to grow up some day and record our music in the studio and hit the road and make stories of our own. Flash forward a few years: we have now released two albums, the newest of which dropped earlier this year. Our first album was still a learning process, as we have done both completely DIY. Musically and production wise, I think our new album is so far ahead of the previous that I don't even want to share the previous album here, haha. Our style has definitely evolved since the abandoned house days...we started off playing metalcore/groove and now have evolved into more of a progressive melodic death metal style. Sorry for the ridiculously long bio...I just wanted to share some of the reasons I joined Rob's Patreon in the first place and how his music had a significant impact on our creative journey. Here is our full album on YouTube, if any of you dudes are interested: Cheers! 🤘🏻
